You can return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days from the purchase date. Purchased items must remain in the same condition: they must not be worn, used or altered in any way. All labels and designer tags should remain in perfect condition.

Refunds
The term of consideration of the application for a refund is 7 days (the term is set by the store). The refund is made to the same Bank card from which the payment was made. Refund to the card is carried out within 5 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the Bank card.
